Paper Submission Guidelines | 論文投稿指南

Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentations. Full papers must be no less than 4 pages and must not exceed 8 pages in length. Detailed formatting instructions and the official template will be provided.

1. Paper Length
   Full papers must be a minimum of 4 pages and must not exceed 8 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references. Submissions exceeding the page limit will not be accepted.
   
2. Language
   All papers must be written in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of grammar, spelling, and professional terminology.
   
3. Formatting Requirements
   • Paper Size: A4 (210mm × 297mm)
   • Margins: Top 25 mm, Bottom 25 mm, Left 20 mm, Right 20 mm
   • Font: Times New Roman
   • Font Size:
       - Title: 14 pt, bold, centered
       - Authors’ names and affiliations: 11 pt, centered
       - Abstract: 10 pt, italic, justified
       - Body text: 10 pt, justified
       - Headings: 11 pt, bold
   • Line Spacing: Single
   • Columns: Two-column format, with 0.5 cm spacing between columns
   
4. Title and Author Information
   Title should be concise, in Title Case, and centered at the top of the first page. Author names, affiliations, and email addresses should appear below the title.
   
5. Abstract and Keywords
   The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must clearly state the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Provide 3–5 keywords immediately following the abstract.
   
6. Section Headings
   Use numbered section headings (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Methodology, 3. Results, etc.). Subsections should be numbered as 1.1, 1.2, etc.
   
7. Figures and Tables
   Figures and tables must be clear, high-resolution, and properly labeled. Captions should be placed below figures and above tables, centered, in 9 pt font. All figures and tables must be referenced in the text (e.g., “as shown in Fig. 1”).
   
8. References
   References must follow the IEEE citation style (numbered in square brackets, e.g., [1], [2]). References should be listed in numerical order at the end of the paper, single-spaced, 9 pt font.
   
9. File Format and Submission
   Papers must be submitted in PDF format generated from MS Word or LaTeX. Ensure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file. File size should not exceed 10 MB.
   
10. Review and Publication
    All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be scheduled for oral or poster presentations. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.

4. 論文標題及作者
   論文標題應簡潔、使用標題大小寫，並置中於首頁上方；作者姓名、機構與電子郵件地址須列於標題下方。
5. 摘要及關鍵字
   摘要不得超過250字，內容須清楚說明研究目的、方法、結果與結論，並請於摘要後提供3至5個關鍵詞。
6. 章節
   請使用編號的章節標題（如：1. Introduction、2. Methodology、3. Results 等），子章節應編號為1.1、1.2等。
7. 圖表
   圖表需清晰、具高解析度並正確標示。圖說置於圖下表上，置中顯示，字體為9 pt。所有圖表均需在文中引用（如：“如圖1所示”）。
8. 參考文獻
   參考文獻須採用IEEE引註格式（以方括號標示編號，如[1]、[2]），並依編號順序列於文末，單行間距，字體為9 pt。
9. 文件格式及提交方式
   論文需以PDF格式投稿，PDF檔須由Word或LaTeX轉出，並確認字型已嵌入，檔案大小不得超過10 MB。
10. 出版
    所有投稿論文將進行雙盲審查，通過者將安排進行口頭或海報發表，並須至少一位作者註冊並參與會議發表。
